I enjoy working with the kinds of people who put other people’s needs before their own – self-described people-pleasers, fixers, and caretakers. These are the people who say, “I’m the therapist for my friends and family,” and tend to be heavily relied upon at school and work. Many of my clients have partners or loved ones struggling with alcohol/substance abuse, mental health concerns, or significant health issues.
In my practice, I provide psychotherapy and career coaching to assist my clients in identifying their needs, prioritizing self-care, and setting healthy boundaries in their relationships and career. On the career coaching side, I offer career and leadership assessments to help clients make informed career decisions. I am deeply invested in supporting women in leadership positions through my practice.
In addition to my clinical work, I provide organizational consultation and training to address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
