Lauren is highly intuitive and nurturing, and works to build resiliency, reduce stress, and reawaken spirit and direction in her individual patients. She often accomplishes this with couples, through the use of Gottman Method Couples Therapy. She is also certified in Complex Trauma and PTSD. She credits the strength and insights gained from surviving childhood trauma and adversity for her achievements as an entrepreneur and business founder. While her roots reach deep in the South, her heart has found a home in New York’s endlessly diverse and inspiring streets since earning mental health counseling degrees from Columbia University.
