Through an eclectic psychodynamic lens paired with relational, attachment my treatment helps you gain valuable insight, foster healthier connections with others, and develop coping mechanisms for resilience. The approach embraces the unconscious mind, relational dynamics, and attachment patterns, providing a holistic path to healing. Treatment focuses on the personal growth of healing from past wounds and the pursuit of a more fulfilling life.
I specialize in adults who wish to engage in deep insight-oriented work when struggling with areas such as infertility, life transitions, or relational challenges.
