With a compassionate and curious lens, I hope to bring attention and insight to your conflicts, needs, and desires. Through the mutual process of striving to understand your experience and your relationships, we will address your emotional and behavioral difficulties and strengthen your self-knowledge on a deep level. I believe the exploration of the therapeutic relationship is a crucial element in psychotherapy, and so I offer an empathetic and collaborative approach.
I have experience in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, and interpersonal conflict. I am predominantly psychodynamically informed, using relational and attachment lenses in my approach. I bring nonjudgment and mindfulness into all areas of my work and assist in providing goals in treatment.
