Laurie Giddins Therapy (She/Her)

With over 20 years of experience in mental health and education, Laurie specializes exclusively in women's mental health, helping her clients cultivate authenticity, connection, and fulfillment. Laurie works with women navigating self-doubt, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, work stress, parenting concerns, grief, and trauma. By addressing the root causes of emotional pain and identifying obstacles to growth, Laurie empowers her clients to strengthen their resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and rediscover their inner strength.

Known for her warm, practical, and goal-oriented approach, Laurie creates a nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Laurie earned her undergraduate degree from Skidmore College and her graduate degree from Hunter College. She completed post-graduate, specialized training in trauma and post-traumatic growth at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies.
