I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing virtually in New York and New Jersey. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis before going on to have a career in recruiting and finance. I eventually returned to school to earn my Masters in Social Work from Hunter College and completed my fellowship training at Memorial Sloan Kettering. I spent the past few years providing counseling services to people with cancer, their caregivers, and the bereaved through the non-profit CancerCare. My unique background and training enables me to offer personalized care that addresses a wide range of interpersonal and structural issues, from career path obstacles to long-term illness and grief.

I use a collaborative and eclectic approach to help adults of all ages reach their full potential. I meet each individual with empathy and curiosity, using a non-judgmental approach where clients are invited to safely explore their emotions and struggles. I have supported clients to identify and set boundaries, honor their needs, and unlock their innate capabilities. My approach is informed by psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic processing, and meaning-making psychotherapy.

I currently offer individual counseling focusing on life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, grief, caregiver stress, trauma, attachment issues, cancer, and end-of-life care. I also offer career coaching for individuals looking to advance or switch careers.
