I believe the therapeutic relationship can be both healing and empowering. I use a person-centered, strengths-based, and relational approach to help each individual work toward their goals. Together, we create a warm, safe, and genuine space where clients can build self-awareness, feel supported, and move through challenges at their own pace. Our work focuses on reducing distress and fostering personal growth, while honoring each person’s identity, culture, and environment. I also believe that collaboration, creativity, and humor are essential parts of the therapeutic process.

I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, identity development, relational challenges, grief, and bereavement. I also have a particular focus on supporting previvors, individuals who carry an inherited genetic risk for cancer, as well as others navigating medical-related stress and complex health decisions. I have worked with individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and have extensive experience supporting Jewish women across varying levels of observance.
