I provide psychotherapy for adolescents and adults seeking treatment for a range of difficulties from small life transitions to emotional suffering that greatly interferes with living.
I received my MSW from Columbia University and post-graduate clinical training from NYU. I received additional training in the treatment of eating disorders and body image struggles from the Women’s Therapy Centre Institute.
My approach is informed by my training in psychodynamic, interpersonal psychotherapy, but I also at times use cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness tools.
I am on the faculty of WTCI (formerly the Women's Therapy Centre Institute) and the Director of Adolescent Psychotherapy Services at The Training Institute for Mental Health.
