I am a psychotherapist based in Brooklyn, NY, where I see individuals and couples both in person and via Zoom. I have an expertise in working with adults who have ADHD.
My goal is to help patients identify how they want to live and the blocks that are preventing them from getting there. My approach is interactive and spacious: I create a judgment-free zone in which one can explore the issues that are causing stress, unhappiness or frustration.
Credentials: I studied interpersonal psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the William Alanson White Institute and couples therapy through the Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Couples Institute. In addition to a Social Work degree from NYU, I am a certified yoga instructor.
