I work with young adults and adults navigating a range of personal concerns including stress and anxiety, mood issues, trauma and loss, adjustment to life transitions, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.
My clinical work is integrative, grounded in advanced training in psychoanalysis and drawing on other therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and EMDR. With specialized training and expertise across therapeutic traditions, I tailor the therapy to each person’s needs and goals.
I completed my doctorate at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University and internship at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital. My early career was at the Substance Treatment and Research Service (STARS), Columbia University Medical Center. I have since worked in university counseling and currently in private practice. Additionally, I serve as adjunct faculty at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology supervising graduate students in psychodynamic psychotherapy.
