Liah Rozenman MA, LCAT, RDT, PCC

Psychotherapist/Life Coach

Liah is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, a Registered Drama Therapist and Professional Certified Coach in Private Practice.

Her areas of focus include women's issues, eating disorders, anxiety and stress, relationship challenges and creative blocks. As a drama therapist, Liah believes in the healing power of self-expression and creativity to foster mind-body integration and overall wellness. Liah incorporates imagination, role-play, storytelling, and art making practices into the healing process to assist individuals to reach their therapeutic and coaching goals.

 As an ICF credentialed Life Coach Liah supports her coaching clients to manifest their unique talents, skills, and purpose while cultivating joy and fulfillment in their lives. As a holistic, non-diet coach, her practice is particularly appropriate for individuals longing to become intuitive eaters and to embrace movement for well-being and body respect.

 Liah is a HAES® (Health At Every Size®) aligned helping professional committed to promoting safety, respect and access to health care services for people of all sizes and shapes.

 Liah lives in Portland, Maine, and works virtually. Liah offers individual and group coaching to adolescents and adults located nationwide. Individual psychotherapy is available to adults living in New York State.
