An Art Psychotherapist for 20+ years, I work with adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and have a particular expertise in, and passion for, supporting individuals with relationship/attachment struggles.
Additionally, I work with individuals on life and career transitions, can offer both Career and Creativity Coaching, create/facilitate arts based workshops, and am a practicing visual artist.
Training has included IFS, AF-EMDR, AEDP, ISP (a somatically based approach), Kint Insitute (trauma and the creative arts), as well as coaching at CTI.
