As an Art Psychotherapist for 20+ years, have worked adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and have a particular expertise in, and passion for, supporting individuals with relationship/attachment struggles. I also work with individuals on life and career transitions.
Training has included IFS, AEDP, ISP (a somatically based approach), attended Kint Insitute; trained as a coach at CTI, and do both Career and Creativity Coaching. Finally, am an artist actively creating art.
