Liza Gold, LCSW is a NY State licensed psychotherapist who specializes in helping adolescents and adults in their 20s and 30s (i.e. Generation Z and Millennials). She has extensive clinical training and is certified in Dialectic-Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
As a graduate of Columbia University, Liza gained her clinical experience while working in outpatient substance abuse clinic, hospital, and group practice settings.
