I am a NY State certified psychotherapist in private practice since 2010 with advanced training and expertise in couples and marriage counseling, workplace conflict resolution, infertility and postpartum, grief and loss, anxiety and complex trauma, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I infuse over 20 years’ clinical experience in private and public sectors, program management, clinical supervision, group facilitation, public speaking and nonprofit board membership into my practice with adults, couples and groups. Sessions are offered virtually or in-person at my Columbus Circle location.

I draw from an intuitive blend of therapeutic and holistic approaches, most prominently psychodynamic, solution-focused, attachment-based and cognitive behavioral (CBT). In addition to my clinical work, I provide consultation and evaluation for private adoption cases and clinical supervision to masters-level social workers. Since 2014, I have been a board member of Community Access, Inc., New York’s largest provider of supportive housing and social services for people living with mental health concerns.

I serve on the Private Practice committee of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and maintain memberships in RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, The Clinicians Collective (TCC) and the Women’s Mental Health Consortium (WMHC).
