I am a clinical psychologist licensed to work with clients in NY, CA, and FL. I use evidence-based treatments to help those struggling with PTSD & trauma, mood & anxiety disorders, emotion regulation problems, volatile relationships, and substance use. I also enjoy working with adults navigating life transitions, relationship issues, and career and academic goals.

Over the course of my career, I have completed intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing for substance use disorders, CBT for mood and anxiety disorders, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and gold-standard trauma treatments including Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), STAIR, and EMDR. Mindfulness is woven throughout all of my approaches. I have also published on a range of topics including emotion regulation, mindfulness, borderline personality disorder, and DBT. I am also an experienced psychological evaluator for those seeking asylum in the United States, and offer my services pro bono through numerous clinics assisting asylum seekers.

I received my doctorate from Rutgers University and my B.A. from Yale University. I completed my pre-doctoral internship working with veterans at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center and my post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Cognitive & Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

In my earlier life, I was a classically trained dancer and have worked in the music industry and in the field of international health and human rights.
