Lora Sasiela (she/her)

I'm Lora Sasiela, LCSW, founder of Inner Alchemy Psychotherapy, a depth-oriented private practice. My work draws on psychodynamic tradition, attachment theory, relational dynamics, somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems, held together with a sense of ritual and intentionality. I work with high-functioning, psychologically curious adults who are ready to move beyond insight alone, into the spiritual, relational, and somatic depths where lasting change takes root.

My practice is kink-affirming and sex-positive, holding space for the full range of how people love, desire, and structure relationships, without judgment and without having to educate me first.

I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in partnership with Journey Clinical, which manages all psychiatric evaluation, prescribing, and medical oversight. Clients have the option to weave it into their ongoing therapeutic process, an ally when things get stuck or when greater depth is being called for.

My post-graduate training includes certifications from Fluence, the Women's Therapy Centre Institute, the National Institute for the Psychotherapies, the PostGraduate Center for Mental Health, New Hope Guild Center, and the Minuchin Center, along with a fellowship at NYU's Psychoanalytic Institute. I have served as a clinical supervisor for NYU's School of Social Work and the Women's Therapy Centre Institute, and I've presented on psychedelic medicine at conferences and in the media.

I offer secure telehealth sessions to clients located in New York State.
