Lily works individually with young professionals to identify and meet their goals. Lily has found that therapy works best when there is authenticity in the relationship, and she strives to be her most authentic self. With an active and engaging approach, Lily creates an environment where clients can feel comfortable to be themselves fully.

Using an active and humanistic approach, Lily brings her true self to each session and helps clients to feel comfortable, matching that authenticity. Working in tandem, Lily empowers clients to identify meaningful shifts they would like to make in their lives and supports them in making those changes.

Lily works from a weight inclusive care model. She is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and helps her clients move beyond eating disorders, disordered eating and body image issues through a pursuit of food freedom.

Lily's favorite definition of mindfulness is “paying attention to your life, here and now, with kindness and curiosity.” (Amy Saltzman) Through work in therapy, Lily helps clients find this mindfulness of kindness and curiosity in their internal dialogue, which empowers them to make the changes they desire in their lives.

As a yoga instructor, Lily has learned the importance of being present with each client in each struggle. In session, clients are able to practice this mindfulness and presence. Lily believes in the power of integrating the mind and body to create a foundation for grounding oneself.

In Lily’s experience working with many clients, she has seen them trying to fit into smaller and smaller boxes that they are not comfortable with, but rather were imposed on them by societal standards. Lily strives to help clients challenge these boxes and find ways to live in much larger ways than these small boxes allow. Emotional freedom is possible for you too!

Lily works closely with clients who are struggling with anxiety, body image, disordered eating, low self-esteem, relationship stress, trauma, and LGBTQIA-related issues. Utilizing the principles of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Storytelling, and Intuitive Eating, Lily supports clients who are trying to find confidence in their choices.

Through work together, Lily commits to finding the things that add value to your life while letting go of the things that detract value. Lily is devoted to helping clients in their personal journey of finding the life that they want to live.
