Be You Psychotherapy is a private practice in Manhattan. We offer in person sessions in FiDi and virtual sessions throughout New York State, as well as virtual sessions in New Jersey, Michigan and Rhode Island. We work with young adults and adults through all of life's transitions, with a particular focus on women's health, perinatal mental health, relationships and couples therapy, anxiety, depression and OCD. We are a team of 9 women and are all passionate about mental health. While each clinician practices with thier own style, we all share a very relational approach to therapy. We have clinicians trained in EFT, AEDP, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Gottman Method and REBT. We offer individual, couples and group therapy. We are an out of network practice.
