Hi, I’m Maria! While I have an office in Putnam County, NY, I enjoy bringing therapy outdoors for clients who want to incorporate nature and movement. I use a Health at Every Size approach to support people of all sizes who may be experiencing a myriad of issues: grief, trauma, disordered eating, self-esteem issues, life transitions, depression and anxiety.

My practice also offers Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma, grief, and other issues. In my spare time, I volunteer in community organizing and advocacy.
