I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist working with children of all ages, parents, families, and women. With a keen focus on recognizing how a dysregulated body can manifest in specific behaviors, I strive to empower families with tools to navigate these challenges, fostering a harmonious environment for growth and development. My therapeutic approach emphasizes the importance of addressing both mental and physical aspects, believing that true mental health resides in deeply understanding the interweaving between the mind and the body. We are bottom up and much as we are top down. I do this by utilizing psycho-education on the sensory system and encourage a perspective of curiosity about how our sensory system drives our emotions and behaviors to have the most functional, holistic, and acceptance based outcomes.

In addition to my work with children and families, I specialize in supporting women through the transformative phases of prenatal, postpartum, motherhood transition and perimenopause. I understand the profound impact these stages have on mental and physical health. I am committed to providing a compassionate space for women to navigate these transitions with resilience and self-awareness.

My dedication extends specifically to neurodiverse populations, particularly those with ADHD, OCD, and ASD. I am enthusiastic about promoting awareness and understanding of these differences, working towards normalizing the unique experiences that neurodiverse individuals bring to the tapestry of our community.

My clinical training began at Mount Sinai Hospital in child/adolescent inpatient psychiatry. I later joined the obstetric team at Kings County Hospital before starting my private practice in Brooklyn, NY.
