Some of my specialty areas are: ADHD, Neurodivergence, Intimate Partner Violence, Domestic Violence, LGBTQIA+, Invisible Disability, Chronic Illness, Life Transition, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Women's Issues.
I use a collaborative process in sessions that are informed by DBT, CBT, ACT, and Feminist Psychology.
