You may be the person everyone counts on. From the outside, you seem to have it together, but inside, your mind rarely slows down. You overthink conversations, worry about what other people think of you, or find yourself wondering if someone is upset with you. Maybe you tend to jump to worst-case scenarios, second-guess your decisions, or prioritize what everyone else wants over what you need. You may struggle with the fear of disappointing others or feel constant pressure to get everything right. You want to feel more confident in yourself, quiet your inner critic, and stop carrying so much on your own.

I have a particular passion for supporting women who experience these struggles as they navigate trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. These transitions can bring new layers of uncertainty, anxiety, and feelings you didn't expect. You can love your baby deeply and still feel overwhelmed, anxious, or sad. When everyone is focused on the baby, who's checking in on you?

My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy to help you understand longstanding patterns, manage anxiety, and build a kinder relationship with yourself. Together, we'll work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer virtual therapy to adults in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey, along with a free 15-minute phone consultation. You spend so much time showing up for others. Therapy can be a place where you feel supported, understood, and able to show up for yourself.
