Hello! I’m Meg. I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner with extensive experience in perinatal nursing and reproductive mental health. I specialize in both psychotherapy and medication management for adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including parental mental health, fertility-related experiences, and reproductive and hormonal transitions such as PMDD/PME, perimenopause, and perinatal mood and anxiety changes. I support individuals and families throughout every stage of their reproductive journey, as well as those facing broader life transitions and general mental health challenges.
My work in perinatal and parental mental health centers on helping caregivers navigate the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and raising children. I work with parents from all walks of life and family structures, including queer and trans parents, providing affirming, inclusive care that honors the many ways families are built and sustained.
