Mental Health Counselor, LMHC
I am a psychotherapist specializing in alcohol and substance use issues. My work is informed by psychodynamic psychotherapy. I also integrate a systems approach, CBT techniques, and trauma based modalities. I tailor treatment to the individual client, and work to reveal the root of the problem, whether it's self-esteem, anger, anxiety, grief/loss, or self-awareness.
Outside of my practice, I’m a mother and step-mother which is a daily source of learning and growth and a big part of who I am. I enjoy running, spending time by the beach, and am a proud lifelong New Yorker.
