I work with women and queer individuals navigating anxiety, depression, body image, intimacy, and the emotional impact of chronic or reproductive health experiences. Many people come in feeling disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed, or exhausted from carrying things on their own for a long time—especially after feeling dismissed, misunderstood, or unsupported. Over time, that can affect self-trust, relationships, intimacy, and the ability to feel fully present in your own life. Therapy with me is a space to slow down and make sense of what you’re experiencing without having to minimize it, explain it away, or hold it alone. My work is grounded in both clinical training and OB/GYN experience, with a focus on sexual health, intimacy, and the connection between physical and emotional well-being. I help clients better understand themselves, move through anxiety and shame with more compassion, and feel more connected to their bodies and relationships in a way that feels sustainable.I know how vulnerable it can be to talk about the parts of life that feel deeply personal, complicated, or hard to put into words. I strive to bring warmth, thoughtfulness, and a collaborative approach to our therapeutic relationship. If you’re looking for therapy that feels both grounded and deeply human, I would be honored to support you.
