I am psychodynamically trained psychotherapist providing treatment to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. I have additional training in Perinatal Mental Health and enjoy working with expecting or new mothers and fathers or those adjusting to the challenges of parenthood.
I draw upon a range of clinical theories and knowledge in my practice to promote emotional health and well-being. I am currently holding sessions in person and remotely.
Therapy can be a powerful tool to address the challenges we all encounter, including those that arise in our relationships, our work, or as a result of life transitions or loss. I believe insights gained through the collaborative psychotherapy process can relieve symptoms, support meaningful connections to others, and promote the self-esteem and skills necessary to live a fulfilling life.
