Psychotherapy offers an opportunity to explore barriers to satisfaction and manage ongoing difficulties. Within the confidential, supportive and judgment free environment of the therapy room, each individual can create space for positive change and growth. Exploring the thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and behaviors that result from life's naturally occurring challenges can encourage self awareness and increased ability to achieve your goals.

Over the past 10 years, I have provided psychotherapy and social work services in a variety of settings, including private practice, outpatient mental health clinics, substance use treatment programs, and inpatient psychiatric hospital units. I have completed specialized trainings in multiple treatment modalities, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and personally engage in a variety of mind-body practices such as yoga, meditation and therapeutic breathing. My approach to treatment is holistic, as I tailor my practice according to the wants and needs of each individual.

I am particularly interested in collaboratively exploring how individuals develop patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving, and increasing curiosity about whether or not these patterns continue to be useful. Once these factors are identified, I work with my clients to increase their strengths and skills for developing new ways of being and maintaining successes already achieved, in order to help them reach and sustain their individual goals.
