You may be going through a difficult time or you may have struggled for a long time with a particular issue:
"I've always been a worrier."
"I can't get over this breakup."
"I feel sad and depressed."
"I'm angry all the time."
"I eat too much and can't stop."
"I'm lonely and I can't find love."
I'll listen carefully and help you better understand yourself and your circumstances. There are often patterns in how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. These patterns emerge from your mind's "central organizing principles," which are often unconscious. I'll help you understand these and overcome your challenges. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with some aspect of your life, I'll work with you to address it and help you to feel a greater sense of calm, confidence, and clarity.
I welcome people of all types and backgrounds. Seeking help and taking the first step is often hard, and it's important to find the right fit with a therapist. I encourage you to consult with several therapists and see who you feel most comfortable with.
We’ll work together to strengthen your total body-mind-self so that you can better manage fear or anxiety, bring enthusiasm and color to your life to replace depression, or heal and rebuild from grief or trauma. Text or call me for a free consultation.
