I’m a New York psychotherapist offering in-person and virtual sessions for individuals and couples. My goal is to help you better understand your situation and draw on your strengths, abilities, and inner resources. As we work together, you’ll have my full attention and presence, along with compassion, empathy, and insight to support you throughout the process.
