With my help, you will discover the answers that resonate. I will help you process the jumble of emotions grief leaves behind: anger, resentment, guilt, rage, loneliness and so many others. I will serve as a compassionate witness as you acknowledge your loss and express the things that were left unsaid.

Little by little, you will articulate who you are now, what’s important to you and what you want to accomplish.
