Dr. Mary Rzeszut is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who holds a Master’s and Doctoral degree in Social Work. She is presently offering telehealth sessions on a secure HIPPA compliant platform.
Her specialty is supporting those diagnosed with acute/chronic disease, including organ transplant recipients. Other services include treatment for those struggling with anxiety, panic disorders, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, life transitions and grief and loss.
Her extensive hospital-based experience has provided her with the opportunity to develop an expertise in professional wellness and assists medical students, nurses, residents and physicians in building resiliency and managing the burnout and stress that is common in the medical profession.
She is a mind/body trained workshop facilitator, and has an eclectic, client centered approach to practice utilizing evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy focusing on your needs and objectives in a respectful non-judgmental environment.
