I am a staff psychologist at Cognitive Therapy for Women Psychology Services. I received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Hofstra University and my doctoral degree from La Salle University with a concentration in clinical health psychology. I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics and hospitals, with a focus on supporting women’s mental health across the lifespan. I also have interest specifically on perinatal and maternal mental health, supporting women with issues related to fertility, prenatal and postpartum anxiety and/or depression, and adjustment to motherhood.
