I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy to adults, with a focus on depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges of all kinds. I am particularly passionate about working with perinatal women and supporting parents as they navigate parenthood.
I completed advanced training in relational psychotherapy at The Stephen Mitchell Center for Relational Studies. For the past decade, I have been affiliated with Fifth Ave Therapy in NYC, where I have held several leadership roles including Assistant Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor and Training Consultant. In these roles, I have supervised and trained students and early-career therapists.
I am licensed in both New York and New Jersey and maintain a primarily telehealth-based private practice serving clients throughout both states.
