Nadia Yánez, LMHC, is a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed therapist specializing in perinatal mental health and early parenting. She works with adults, parents, and children, with a strong focus on anxiety, relational dynamics, and life transitions. Her approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and developmentally informed, combining evidence-based modalities with a relational and attachment-focused lens.

Nadia has a particular interest in supporting women navigating anxiety across different stages of life, including the emotional and identity shifts that emerge during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. She works collaboratively to help clients better understand their internal experiences, build emotional regulation skills, and explore the relational patterns that may be contributing to distress.

In her work with children, she focuses on understanding their emotional world, supporting regulation, and monitoring developmental milestones while collaborating closely with caregivers to support healthy development. Her work is guided by cultural humility and a commitment to creating a space that feels warm, thoughtful, and affirming.
