I am a psychotherapist in private practice in New York and Florida. When engaging in treatment, I carefully assess the needs and goals of each client before collaboratively deciding on which approach works best with each individual or couple. In my therapeutic approach, I strive to be empathic and nonjudgemental. I aim to provide a positive, affirming and safe space where we can develop and reach goals that can lead individuals to implement positive and meaningful change in their lives.
I have completed Level 3 Gottman Method Couples training and hold a certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT. I also have four years of post-graduate training in Psychoanalysis.
