On the outside, everything can look fine. You’re functioning, showing up, doing what needs to be done. And at the same time, something internally feels off — like you’re holding a lot in, overthinking, or quietly carrying more than you let others see. Often, there’s a strong reliance on thinking things through, while feeling more disconnected from what’s happening in your body or emotional experience.
Maybe you’ve learned to keep things to yourself — not because you don’t feel, but because sharing hasn’t always felt safe, helpful, or understood. At times, it may have felt easier to just handle things on your own. And at a certain point, it becomes clear that it’s not about shutting things down or “not sharing” — it’s about knowing how to understand what you’re experiencing, what your nervous system needs, and how to express it in a way that actually leads to feeling heard, supported, and grounded. That’s something we work through together, in a structured and intentional way.
In our work, the focus is not just on managing anxiety, stress, or burnout, but on understanding and shifting the deeper patterns behind them. This includes how these patterns live in your emotional responses, your relationships, and your nervous system.
The process is structured and intentional, with an emphasis on lasting internal change. This often involves building a more stable sense of self, improving emotional regulation, developing clear boundaries, and shifting patterns that impact confidence and self-esteem.
As a Columbia University–trained psychotherapist, my approach is integrative and evidence-based, grounded in EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy when clinically appropriate. Each modality is used with intention, within a thoughtful and structured process designed to support deeper work and long-term outcomes.
