Welcome — and it is so wonderful to be apart of this community of clinicians and providers. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker located in New York, NY, and I specialize in working with individual adults facing major life transitions in their lives due to loss, medical diagnoses, relationship ruptures, or any abrupt and sudden change. I am also passionate about working with women facing modern stressors of dating, career transitions, imposter syndrome, health issues, and workplace stressors.

I am a psychodynamic, relational therapist, and I strive to create a non-judgmental and genuine therapeutic environment that is relationship based, conversational, and process based. My holistic approach draws from my trainings in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Ecotherapy. I utilize a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive practice lens throughout my practice.

I earned my Master’s degree from New York University, where I was a Zelda Foster Palliative and End of Life Care fellow. I previously worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as an inpatient oncology social worker, where I helped patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff navigate the complexities of serious illness and palliative care. I also worked with patients and families on the inpatient palliative care team at NYP-Weill Cornell as a graduate student. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Journalism from Miami University.
