My career began with a curiosity about the intricacies of the human mind and an intention to support others in their own process of self-discovery. I believe in the power of introspection. My therapeutic approach is interpersonal and collaborative. My goal as a psychodynamic therapist is to assist in reflection and exploration, to offer my honest insight and perspective when useful, and to provide a space for the myriad parts of the self to become known.
Drawing from psychodynamic theories, I believe in exploring the unconscious processes that influence behaviors, emotions, and thoughts. By uncovering these underlying dynamics, clients can gain insight into their motivations, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and foster profound, lasting changes in their lives.
Throughout my training and career, I've had the privilege to work with diverse populations facing various challenges, from relationship issues and trauma to identity exploration and personal growth. I aim to create a safe and empathetic space where clients feel heard and supported, allowing us to delve into unconscious patterns and unresolved conflicts that may be impacting their lives.
