I am a psychotherapist who provides therapy for adults, couples and teens in Manhattan and across New York State who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), psychodynamic therapy, and existential perspectives, offering a balanced process that integrates both insight and actionable tools for growth.

In my clinical work, I have a particular passion for supporting those who have faced childhood adversity, the loss of a parent, cross-cultural or interracial relationship challenges, internet and technology addiction, and mixed-race identity exploration. I also bring experience from the corporate sector to help clients manage workplace stress and find balance in demanding environments.

I am committed to creating an inclusive, culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma-informed space where people of all identities feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My work is strength-based, with the goal of helping individuals find resilience, meaning, joy, and personal growth while uncovering unconscious patterns that can lead to change.

Before entering the counseling field, I spent over a decade as an entrepreneur and leader in educational technology, focused on expanding access to quality learning opportunities for children and families. My work was rooted in a deep commitment to equity, social justice, and community-based advocacy. This foundation continues to shape my therapeutic approach, where I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for the complexities of each person’s story.
