I believe that achieving peace of mind does not come from the absence of conflict, but our ability to cope with it through better knowing ourselves.

My therapy style is collaborative and engaging – it’s a back-and-forth conversation about what is and isn’t serving you. While I personalize my approach based on your needs, I operate from an attachment and relational perspective and utilize cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques to help you track your success. I provide a non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I also happen to think that humor and having a good laugh is incredibly healing and cathartic too!

I have experience working with individuals who are experiencing or anticipating all things perinatal: family planning, fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, grief and beyond. I also have expertise in working with Neurodivergent aka Neurospicy individuals. I utilize the following therapeutic modalities: Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Parent-Infant Attachment, Family Relational Therapy (Ackerman), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and I always engage in trauma-informed care.

Everyone deserves to have a kind, safe space to process their lived experiences, thoughts, and feelings. It’s important that all aspects of your personhood are acknowledged, accepted, and welcomed without judgement.

I am anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent affirming.
