"I believe that finding happiness and achieving peace is not the absence of conflict and stress, but our ability to better cope with it through better knowing ourselves."

My therapy style is collaborative and engaging – it’s a back-and-forth conversation about what is and isn’t serving you. While I personalize my approach based on your needs, I operate from an attachment and relational perspective and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness (MBSR) as tools to help you track your success. I provide a non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I also happen to think that humor and having a good laugh is incredibly healing too.

I have training and experience in Perinatal Mental Health, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Family Therapy (Ackerman Relational Model), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and I engage in trauma-informed care.

Everyone deserves to have a kind, safe space to process their lived experiences, thoughts, and feelings. It’s important to me that all aspects of your personhood are acknowledged, accepted, and welcomed without judgement. I am LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent affirming.
