As an Afro-Latina bilingual clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience and a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journeys of healing, growth, and empowerment. My practice specializes in Latinx populations, women’s mental health—including reproductive health, fertility and conception, pregnancy, and postpartum—health psychology, racial identity and trauma, and helping women of color navigate high-powered careers while balancing personal aspects of their lives. I also work with a range of mental health conditionn like depression and anxiety within and outside of the reproductive life cycle.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, I create a culturally attuned, compassionate space where clients can explore and address the complexities of their identities and life experiences. My therapeutic approach is informed by my extensive clinical experience and training, using evidence-based methods tailored to each individual’s needs to promote healing, resilience, and lasting change.
Whether addressing the emotional impact of reproductive health, racial trauma, or leadership pressures, I collaborate with clients to help them navigate the balance between their personal and professional lives with confidence and clarity.
