I am a licensed psychoanalyst in New York State, New Jersey and Vermont as well as a certified Gestalt therapist, sound practitioner and former professional classical musician. Approaching each person’s process with deep respect, I believe that we all carry our own answers within.
Warm, playful, and appropriately challenging, I attune closely to your voice’s timbre, breath, and mind–body connection. As a trilingual Canadian-American, I bring varied lived experience to our work, integrating somatic exploration with creative methods informed by Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Existential Therapy.
Working with presence and a here-and-now framework, I view therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we will deepen awareness around what might be affecting your day-to-day peace of mind and happiness.
