I am a clinical social worker specializing in trauma treatment for young adults 18+ and adults in New York and New Jersey. I offer individual sessions informed by attachment and trauma theory that integrates EMDR and Internal Family Systems. With a PhD in clinical social work as well as evidence based clinical trainings, I target issues stemming from the traumatic experiences that inform or define personal growth, intimate relationships, life transitions, anxiety and depression.

I provide space for you to find your voice and heal. Curious and attentive, I welcome humor and creativity into the process. Integrating psychodynamic psychotherapy, EMDR, Mindfulness practice and IFS, I help you understand and find relief from traumatic life experiences and memories that lead to negative perceptions, relationships, emotions and habits.

Through mindful attention to physical and psychological well-being, you can access a deeper understanding of the self and a greater capacity for positive relationships. It is my intention to help you move beyond difficult experiences, and heal with the clarity and vision needed to connect with others and pursue your goals.
