My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals through the unique and often isolating challenges of grief, health circumstances, and significant life transitions. I know that reaching out for support during these times takes immense energy. That is why I created Paige Solo Therapy as a fully remote practice, allowing you to access high-quality, compassionate care from the comfort and privacy of your own home, anywhere in New York or New Jersey.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and entirely free of judgment. We won't rush the process or force silver linings. Instead, we will work together at your pace to unpack the overwhelm, build practical coping strategies, and help you regain a sense of stability and empowerment in your daily life.
