Are you struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, OCD, trauma, or depression? I work with teens, adults, and couples who are ready for meaningful change and want compassionate, affirming support. Whether you're navigating emotional overwhelm, challenges in communication, or the lasting impact of trauma, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s holding you back and build tools for healing. I specialize in evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, and I offer sessions in both English and Spanish.

I help clients process traumatic experiences, develop emotion regulation skills, and cultivate self-understanding and self-compassion. When working with couples, I focus on restoring connection by fostering emotional safety, deepening mutual understanding, and interrupting the reactive cycles that leave you feeling stuck or unseen.

I earned my master's degree at the Columbia School of Social Work, where I trained in their Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program. I have experience supporting survivors of trauma, immigrants, asylum seekers, activists, and LGBTQ+ clients, and I bring an anti-oppressive, culturally responsive lens to all my work. Therapy can be a powerful step toward a more fulfilling and authentic life. If you’re curious about working together, schedule a free consultation to see if we're a good fit!
