Are you a person of color seeking a space that can welcome the whole of your identities?
Are you queer, trans, non-binary, gay, or confused about your sexuality and gender identity?
Are you working to unravel what “mental health” looks like for you?
Hello! I invite you to a therapeutic space where we can explore the hidden and vulnerable parts of your life, while also celebrating the strong and magical aspects.
As a therapist, I work from a foundation that is trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and culturally sensitive. My work with clients focuses on gaining a deeper understanding of my clients’ constructions of the world and their selves. Together, we will work to expand these constructions in a way that is helpful, secure, and healing. This means drawing on theoretical constructs that would be most helpful for you – including (but not limited to!) IFS, EFT, somatic work, and mindfulness.
Along with being a clinician, I am also an immigrant, a person of color, queer, and neurodivergent, and have a deep interest in serving those within my communities. I can also be found with the hats of an amateur yogi, gardener, chess player, and chef, and bring the creativity of all these roles into my work.
I look forward to going on this journey with you!
“because i’d rather be me than beautiful
because i’d rather be me than their beautiful
because i’d rather be my own beautiful”
