Maybe you are dealing with the loss of a loved one, or unresolved trauma that is making you feel stuck. Perhaps you are starting a new career or just had a baby. Whatever brings you to therapy, I believe in your potential to grow through your experiences. My approach potentiates your inner resources, your capacity for healing, and your natural leaning for personal growth.
Having a good navigation system is crucial to your therapy journey. When you partner with me, I become your navigation system, and you are the driver. I have advanced training in EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to psychotherapy, allowing my clients to map out a personalized itinerary to reach their therapeutic goals.
I believe that a positive therapeutic relationship is at the heart of every successful treatment. I provide warm, compassionate care and listen carefully to understand what you are going through and what your goals are. By connecting and learning about who you are as a person, I can then individualize a program that feels meaningful and productive to you.
