Clinical Social Work/Therapist, PhD , LCSW
Dr. Rachel Fryman specializes in supporting individuals navigating daily life and transitions. Together with clients, she explores the impact of distracted living on relationships, academic achievement, job performance, and overall well-being. Rachel works collaboratively in sessions to identify and incorporate strategies to manage organizational and time management challenges, so that everyday is less stressful and more meaningful. She is an Assistant Professor at Wurzweiler School of Social Work and a therapist.
Rachel earned her PhD at Smith College, has received advanced training from NYU Silver School of Social Work, and completed an intensive certificate program for working with ADHD (ADHD-CCSP). She supervises students, consults with clinicians and educators, and writes and lectures on neurodivergence, trauma and the intersection of mental health and Judaism.
