You deserve support that honors the fullness of who you are. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship strain, life transitions, or simply feeling uncertain about your next step, healing and clarity are possible. You do not have to carry it alone.

My approach to therapy is holistic, compassionate, and deeply collaborative. I recognize the profound connection between mental, emotional, relational, and physical well-being. In our work together, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and explore your inner world with honesty and care. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your self-awareness, and cultivate meaningful changes that align with your values and aspirations.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance- and mindfulness-based strategies, and psychodynamic techniques. My work is grounded in multicultural humility, trauma-informed care, and attachment-focused principles, allowing us to gently examine how early experiences and relationships may have shaped your emotional responses, coping strategies, and sense of self. You can expect empathy, curiosity, and practical tools to help you navigate challenges with greater confidence and intention.

With over a decade of experience in behavioral therapy, clinical research, health coaching, and mental health counseling, I have had the privilege of supporting adolescents and adults across diverse backgrounds. My experience includes working with women, veterans, first responders, caregivers, and individuals living with behavioral or neurological conditions. I am especially passionate about working with adults and young adults who feel “stuck,” wrestle with self-doubt, or are facing complex questions about relationships, family dynamics, career direction, identity, or purpose.

I hold a Master of Science in Education in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and a Master of Arts in Psychology from New York University. I also earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Communication, with a minor in Applied Psychology and Education, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. My academic training, combined with extensive clinical and research experience, equips me to approach your concerns with both thoughtfulness and rigor.

Above all, I believe in the transformative power of therapy to foster clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of agency. Growth begins with self-understanding, compassion, and the courage to look inward. It would be an honor to support and encourage you as you move toward healing, alignment, and a life that feels more fully your own.

I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions.
