I believe that therapy is a partnership and I work in collaboration with my clients to understand how we can work together to best support them in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals. I am a person-centered, integrative therapist, drawing from a variety of evidenced-based therapies to individualize care and meet each client's unique needs.

I work with individuals looking to address concerns around life transitions and change, including feelings of loss and anxiety in the face of uncertainty. I support clients through periods of adjustment when vulnerability, insecurity, and worry can feel unmanageable.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing food and body image concerns, including eating disorders—anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating, ARFID and OSFED—disordered eating and body dysmorphic disorder, as well as issues relating to self-esteem and clinical perfectionism.

My clinical background includes mindfulness-based stress reduction, CBT, ACT, DBT, CBT-E, compassion-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and expressive arts therapy. Grounded in compassion and empathy, I help clients identify, understand, and challenge the thoughts and behaviors that get in the way of them experiencing fulfillment and enjoying life.
