I'm an LCSW/LMSW practicing in-person and virtually in New Jersey and New York.
My clients tend to be smart, high-achieving, creative—and secretly suffering. They're used to doing everything themselves without having to rely on anyone else. The usually find me when there's been a breaking point.
Our work together is to build self-compassion and better self-understanding to make sense of symptoms, relationships, and behaviors. In knowing who we are, what we do, why we do it, and having someone we trust to help us though that process, some pretty amazing changes can start to happen.
