Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a little support to navigate its complexities. As a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Resilience Therapy, I'm here to support clients on their journey towards healing and growth. I truly believe in the strength and resilience that lies in each of us, even when it feels hard to access.

My passion lies in working with adolescents and adults who are grappling with anxiety, OCD, substance use issues, and concerns around food and body image. Together, we'll explore your unique experiences and develop practical strategies to help you thrive. I create a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel safe to be yourself and work through life's challenges.

I practice from a psychodynamic lens and draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring my approach to fit your individual needs. My background in trauma-informed care and family therapy allows me to address complex issues with sensitivity and understanding. As a lifelong learner, I'm always expanding my skills to better serve my clients, including recent training in perinatal and postpartum support.

Whether you're dealing with daily stressors, healing from past wounds, or seeking personal growth, I'm here to support my clients to being their best selves. My work focuses on building resilience, strengthening relationships, and helping clients become the best version of themselves.

Taking the step to start therapy is an act of courage and self-care.
